It was an outstanding milestone achieved by Principal John Mooney on his 60 years of service and particularly 50 of those years as a Principal. All recipients deserved sincere recognition and celebration. All of the attendees at the event (Sunday 24th May) should be congratulated for their years of service; representing a significant commitment to education, colleagues, students, families and the broader school community.
Throughout careers of these lengths, there have been countless changes, challenges and achievements. To reach these milestones is a reflection of dedication, resilience, professionalism and a genuine commitment to making a positive contribution.
These achievements are something to be very proud of.
I am honoured to have been recognised for my 40 years of service and look forward to further years.
