The Mentor Program provides practical guidance, professional learning and mentor support to help new business managers grow confidently into their school leadership role.
The Mentor Program is designed for new business managers who are looking to develop their skills, grow their confidence and feel supported as they establish themselves within their school leadership role.
Participants are encouraged to come to the program with an open mind, a willingness to learn and a positive approach to group discussion.
Throughout the program, mentees and mentors have the opportunity to engage in open conversations about the role of a new Business Manager, share challenges and identify areas where further support may be needed.
The program provides space for participants to build knowledge, reflect on their own practice and learn from the experience of others in the sector.
