Events such as these remind me of the importance of connection — not only as colleagues, but as a professional community that understands the unique challenges and rewards of working in special needs education.
The evening provided plenty of opportunity for conversation and networking, allowing me to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new PASS members from across the state. These informal moments are often where some of the most valuable professional connections are made, and it was fantastic to see and experience such a strong spirit of collegiality throughout the evening.
